At Parsolvate, we aim to provide transparent and fair refund rules.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund ONLY if:
Refund is requested within 48 hours of payment
Service has not been started for your profile
2. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued if:
Service has already started
Resume marketing has begun
Employer outreach emails have been sent
Your resume, profile, or data has been processed
Refund request is made after 48 hours of payment
3. How to Request a Refund
Email info@parsolvate.com with:
Full name
Phone number
Payment receipt / transaction ID
Reason for refund
We will respond within 72 hours.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to:
The original method of payment
Processing time: 5–10 business days.
5. Cancellation of Services
You may cancel services anytime, but cancellation does NOT guarantee a refund.
